Jacquezy attributed to the commune of Caracol

The mail leaves the Cap-Haitien on Mondays for Jacquezy, the Trou and Fort-Liberté, and returns on Wednesday. Jacquezy was assigned by the law of 19 September 1894 to the commune of Caracol.

Rouzier tells this under the entry JACQUEZY.
