General Salomon the elder leaves Castel Père to head the Carrefour Canon camp

Castel Père. Habitation situated in the plain of the Cayes, from which General Salomon the elder set out on 1 May 1862 with some of his followers to go and place himself at the head of the camp of Carrefour Canon, where his co-religionists were gathered.
