General Marchena offers the Dominican boundary line for Daxavon

Haitian

In 1882 the Dominican government drew a line of delimitation of this commune, on the Haitian frontier, which General Marchena, governor of Azua, offered on 27 May to send to the government of Haiti if it so desired.

Rouzier tells this under the entry DAXAVON.
