General Benjamin Noel enters Petite Rivière after the St. Marc revolt

General Benjamin Noel, having left Mirebalais immediately after the revolt of St. Marc against Christophe, entered the Petite Rivière on 15 October 1820.

Rouzier tells this under the entry PETITE RIVIERE de L’ARTIBONITE.
