Freedmen assemble on the Ducasse de Plassac habitation

On 24 February 1790 these freedmen assembled on the Ducasse de Plassac habitation; Borel, a colonist of the Artibonite, attacked them and was beaten in 1792.

Rouzier tells this under the entry PETITE RIVIERE de L’ARTIBONITE.
