Fourth railway contract signed with Dr. Dantès Destouches

On 23 March 1892 the government signed a fourth contract, this time with Dr. Dantès Destouches, for the establishment of a railway from Port-au-Prince to the Etang. By dint of signing contracts, one will perhaps end by finding a concessionaire who performs.

Rouzier tells this under the entry Cul-de-Sac (le).
