First provisional government

Haitian

All provisions of laws, decrees, orders, regulations and other acts that are contrary to it remain repealed. Nevertheless, the decrees and acts issued by the central revolutionary Committee of Port-au-Prince and the first provisional Government (24 August to 28 September 1888), by the revolutionary Committees of the Artibonite, the North and the Northwest, and by the last provisional Government (2 October 1888 to 8 October 1889 inclusive), will continue to subsist until they are legally derogated from.

Rouzier tells this under the entry HAÏTI: Constitution of the Republic of Haiti.
