Finance Minister introduced a bill to restore four ports as ports of call

Haitian

At the session of 30 July 1923 of the Council of State, the Minister of Finance Mac-Guffie tabled a bill asking that the ports of Aquin, Miragoâne, Môle Saint-Nicolas, and Fort-Liberté again become ports of call, at the request of the Financial Adviser, from 1 October.

Rouzier tells this under the entry MOLE SAINT-NICOLAS.
