Dommage shot at La Fossette

Dommage, former commandant of the arrondissement of the Grande-Anse, at Jérémie, suspected of treason toward the mother country, was shot at the Cap, at the Fossette, on the very day of the death of Leclerc (1 November 1802).

Rouzier tells this under the entry Cap-haïtien (le).
