Dessalines reaches Dantis Pelé and sights Petit-Goâve

On 2 May 1800, when Rigaud’s army was falling back before that of Toussaint-Louverture, Dessalines reached the Dantis Pelé habitation, from which he caught sight of Petit-Goâve.

Rouzier tells this under the entry Dantis Pelé.
