Dessalines orders the 3rd demi-brigade to Desvarieux before invading the East

On 20 February 1805 the emperor Dessalines, about to invade the Eastern part, ordered the 3rd demi-brigade and his cavalry to go and establish themselves there.

Rouzier tells this under the entry Desvarieux.
