Debelle’s column passes Delaunay to attack Maurepas
Haitian
On 20 February 1802 a column of General Debelle passed through Delaunay on its way to attack Maurepas, who was encamped at the Trois-Pavillons. It had spent the whole day traversing this road, through paths made impassable by the overflowing waters of the Trois-Rivières and by the rains, which had not ceased to fall in abundance.
Rouzier tells this under the entry Delaunay.
