Concordat signed at Croix-des-Bouquets between men of color and colonists
Haitian
Coutard was a wealthy enslaver of the Plain of the Cul-de-Sac and the father of Pierre Café, one of the signatories, for the men of color, of the concordat signed between them and the colonists on 7 September 1791 at the Croix-des-Bouquets.
Rouzier tells this under the entry Coutard.
