Compagnie Devèze constituted by notarial act

The Company was a limited partnership with shares, constituted by notarial deed of 25 September 1862 for the duration of the concession, that is 10 years, with a capital of 2,000,000 gourdes, Haitian money, divided into 1,000 shares of $ 2,000, and split into two series of 500 shares each.
