Colonel Dessources enters Morne de l’Hôpital by Fourmy for the English
Haitian
On 26 April 1796, Colonel Dessources entered the Morne de l’Hôpital, on the side of Fourmy, and met several ambushes of the indigènes, which he overran on behalf of the English. An English division reached Fourmy without having suffered great losses.
Rouzier tells this under the entry Fourmy.
