Christophe and Romain take La Vigie for Dessalines

On 17 November 1803 Dessalines, ready to attack Rochambeau at le Cap, had the morne of la Vigie taken by Christophe and Romain. These generals came down from the Vigie and seized the Destaing habitation.

Rouzier tells this under the entry VIGIE [la].
