Boyer writes to the Senate that Christophe’s troops march on the capital

Haitian

It was from the headquarters of Bon-Repos that General Boyer, commandant of the arrondissement of Port-au-Prince, wrote to the Senate on 24 March 1812 to announce to it that Christophe’s troops were marching on the capital. Pétion was in the South.

Rouzier tells this under the entry Beau-Repos.
