Prize Law

Les fonds en provenant seront déposés, tous frais prélevés, au trésor du roi, pour être remis à qui il appartiendra, après le jugement de la prise, toutefois et quand les parties intéressées auront rempli les formalités prescrites par la loi.

Life lesson: Sale proceeds go to the king's treasury after costs, held until the prize court decides who gets what.
Notes: Proceeds custody: deposited in trésor du roi (costs deducted). Released after prize judgment + completion of legal formalities by interested parties. State as escrow agent.
