Lorsque l'information se fera par experts, ils seront nommés d'office par le jugement qui aura ordonné l'information, à peine de nullité ; à moins que ce soit un juge commis sur les lieux, qui fasse l'information ; car dans ce cas, ce juge nommera d'office les experts.
