Il en sera de même pour les appellations des ordonnances de permis d'informer, de mandat d'arrêt, ou d'autres instructions au criminel, sans cependant que l'exécution des mandats d'arrêts, l'instruction et le jugement, puissent être empêchés ou retardés par l'appel.
