Si l'accusé ne comparaît pas, le juge d'instruction décernera le mandat d'amener.

Life lesson: If the accused ignores the summons, the judge escalates to a mandat d'amener — a warrant compelling physical delivery to the court.
Notes: Automatic escalation on non-appearance: comparution failure → mandat d'amener. No additional formalities required. Progressive compulsion: appearance order → bring-in warrant. Non-compliance triggers stronger coercive measure.
