Si le cadavre a été inhumé, le juge en ordonnera l'exhumation ; il en fera faire la reconnaissance, si faire se peut, et en constatera l'état, ainsi que le prescrit l'article précédent ; il en dressera procès verbal, qu'il signera au bas de chaque page, ainsi que les gens de l'art, médecins ou chirurgiens qui l'auront assisté, et ceux qui auront reconnu le cadavre.
