Les jugemens, soit provisoires, soit définitifs, ne pourront être exécutés, qu'après avoir été signifiés au procureur et à la partie, à personne ou domicile.

Life lesson: No judgment is enforced until both the lawyer and the client have been formally served.
Notes: Execution prerequisite: signification to both procureur AND party (personne or domicile). Dual service. Applies to provisional and definitive judgments.
