Sur titre authentique, promesse reconnue, ou condamnation précédente par jugement dont il n'y a pas d'appel, l'exécution provisoire sans caution pourra être ordonnée.

Life lesson: With an authentic document, an acknowledged debt, or a final judgment — immediate execution, no bond needed.
Notes: Provisional execution without caution: (1) authentic title, (2) acknowledged promise, (3) unappealed prior judgment. Strong documentary basis = no security needed.
