Le recours en cassation ne pourra avoir lieu que contre les jugemens rendus par les cours, soit sur requête civile, soit sur appel d'un jugement arbitral.

Life lesson: You can't take an arbitral award to cassation directly — only the court's judgment on the appeal or civil petition can go to the highest court.
Notes: Cassation scope: only court judgments (on requête civile or appel of arbitral judgment). Direct cassation of arbitral awards excluded. Court filter required.
