Un jugement arbitral ne peut, dans aucun cas, préjudicier ni être opposé à des tiers.

Life lesson: Arbitral awards bind only the parties — they can never be used against anyone who wasn't part of the arbitration.
Notes: Inter partes effect only: arbitral judgment has no effect against tiers. No res judicata for non-parties. Fundamental arbitration limitation.
