Les arbitres dont les opérations sont commencées, ne peuvent se déporter, de même ils ne pourront être récusés, que si la cause en est survenue depuis le compromis.

Life lesson: Once the work starts, arbitrators can't quit and can't be challenged — unless the problem arose after the agreement was signed.
Notes: Post-commencement stability: no déport or récusation once operations begin. Exception: post-compromis arising causes only. Prevents mid-stream disruption.
