Tous les héritiers d'un des intéressés au compromis étant majeurs, son décès ne mettra pas fin au compromis, il ne fera que suspendre l'instruction et le jugement, pendant le temps fixé pour faire inventaire et délibérer.

Life lesson: If a party dies but all their heirs are adults, the arbitration pauses — it doesn't end. The heirs get time to inventory and decide, then it resumes.
Notes: Party death: all-majeur heirs → compromis survives. Suspension for inventaire/délibération period. Resumes after. Death ≠ automatic termination if succession is straightforward.
