Chapitre VIII: Du Bénéfice d'inventaire (On the Benefit of Inventory)

Si l'héritier bénéficiaire a des actions à intenter contre la succession, elles le seront contre les autres héritiers, ou contre le curateur au bénéfice d'inventaire, s'il n'y a pas d'héritiers, ou que l'action soit intentée par tous.

Life lesson: The beneficiary heir suing the estate? Sue the other heirs, or the estate curator if there are no other heirs or all heirs are suing together.
