Pour obliger l'héritier bénéficiaire à donner caution, il faut que le créancier ou autre intéressé, lui fasse faire sommation par acte extrajudiciaire, signifié à personne ou domicile.

Life lesson: Want the beneficiary heir to post bond? Serve a formal demand at their person or home — that's what triggers the obligation.
