Après la formation des lots et les contestations terminées, les copartageans seront sommés, à la diligence du poursuivant, de se trouver au jour indiqué, en l'étude du notaire, pour être présens à la clôture du procès verbal, et le signer.

Life lesson: Once the lots are formed and disputes settled, everyone is summoned to the notary's office to witness the closing of the partition report and sign it.
Notes: Clôture sommation: poursuivant summons copartageans to notaire étude. Purpose: PV clôture presence + signature. Final partition formality.
