Lorsqu'il n'y a pas eu d'appel du jugement d'interdiction, ou qu'il a été confirmé sur l'appel, il est procédé à la nomination d'un tuteur et subrogé tuteur à l'interdit, en suivant ce qui est prescrit au chapitre VI.
Life lesson:
Once the interdiction is final — no appeal or appeal denied — the court appoints a tutor and surrogate tutor, following the family council procedures.
