Chapitre V: Des Saisies-arrêts ou Oppositions (On Garnishments or Oppositions)

Le tiers saisi est tenu de signifier au procureur du saisissant, les saisies-arrêts qui pourraient survenir.

Life lesson: If new seizures hit the same funds, the garnishee must immediately notify the original creditor's lawyer.
Notes: Subsequent saisie-arrêt notification: tiers saisi obligated to inform saisissant's procureur. Ensures creditor awareness of competing claims.
