Les juges peuvent d'office ordonner une nouvelle expertise, si la première ne donne pas des éclaircissemens suffisans; ils ne sont pas astreints à suivre l'avis des experts.

Life lesson: The court can order a second round of experts if the first report isn't clear enough — and judges are never bound by what the experts say.
Notes: Judicial independence from experts: new expertise orderable d'office if insufficient éclaircissemens. Judges not astreints to expert avis. Expert opinions advisory only.
