S'il y a lieu à un rapport d'experts, le jugement qui l'ordonne, énonce les objets de l'expertise; il ne peut être fait que par trois experts, si les parties n'ont déclaré expressément n'en vouloir qu'un.

Life lesson: Expert reports require three experts by default — unless both sides explicitly agree that one is enough. The judgment spells out exactly what the experts must examine.
Notes: Expert rapport: 3 experts default. Parties may expressly agree to 1. Judgment specifies expertise objects. Collegial expertise principle with opt-out.
