Les discussions qui pourront s'élever entre les associés, seront toujours terminées par la voie de l'arbitrage, quand bien même cette clause ne serait pas renfermée dans l'acte social.

Life lesson: Partner disputes always go to arbitration — no exceptions, even if the partnership agreement doesn't mention it.
