Les intérêts provenant d'affaires commerciales, ne courront que du jour où le porteur du titre aura dûment obtenu sentence, à moins qu'il n'y ait entre les contractans des conventions particulières et écrites.

Life lesson: Commercial interest only starts running when you win your court case — unless you had a written agreement setting an earlier date.
Notes: Interest commencement: from judgment date (default). Exception: written agreement for earlier start. More restrictive than civil default.
