Les résolutions prises dans l'assemblée des créanciers, ayant été homologuées à l'amirauté sur les conclusions du procureur du roi, seront exécutées provisoirement, nonobstant toutes oppositions et appellations quelconques.

Life lesson: Once the admiralty ratifies the creditors' resolution, it's enforced immediately — no appeal can stop it.
