Le capitaine est tenu, dans les vingt-quatre heures de son arrivée dans le port, de faire son rapport au greffe de l'amirauté et chez le gouverneur; ce rapport doit mentionner toutes les circonstances de son voyage.

Life lesson: Within 24 hours of docking, the captain must file a full voyage report with both the admiralty and the governor.
