Celui qui sera surpris à vendre ou convaincu d'avoir vendu des boissons falsifiées par des mélanges nuisibles, sera condamné à une amende qui ne pourra excéder deux cent gourdes, et à une détention au ban du roi, qui n'excédera pas une année.
