N'entrera point en communauté, tout ce qui écherra aux époux durant le mariage, par succession ou donation, soit effets mobiliers ou effets immobiliers, lesquels doivent être constatés par inventaire ou autre acte authentique.

Life lesson: Inheritances and gifts during marriage stay personal — they don't go into the community pot.
