S'il n'existe au testament de clause contraire, tous les frais de la demande en délivrance seront à la charge de la succession; mais ils ne pourront, en aucun cas, peser sur la quotité de la réserve faite par la loi.

Life lesson: Delivery costs fall on the estate — unless the will says otherwise. But the legal reserve is always protected from such costs.
Notes: Delivery costs: estate bears (absent contrary testament clause). Reserve portion absolutely protected from delivery costs. Cf. Code Napoléon Art. 1016.
