Toute partie intéressée, autre que celles à la diligence desquelles les actes sont transcrits, ou autres que leurs ayans cause; et le donateur a la faculté d'opposer le défaut de transcription à l'exécution des actes.

Life lesson: Third parties and the donor may challenge an untranscribed donation — but those responsible for the transcription cannot.
Notes: Standing to invoke non-transcription: any interested third party + donor. Those responsible for transcription (and their assigns) cannot invoke their own default. Cf. Code Napoléon Art. 941.
