Chapitre III: Des Donations entre-vifs (On Inter Vivos Donations)

Les donations au profit d'un hospice, ou des pauvres d'une paroisse, ou au profit d'un établissement public, seront acceptées par les directeurs ou administrateurs desdits établissemens, après avoir obtenu l'autorisation royale.
