La vente faite sans fraude, des droits successifs à l'un des cohéritiers, à ses risques et périls, par ses autres cohéritiers, ou l'un d'eux, ne donne aucune action en rescision.

Life lesson: Sell your succession rights to a co-heir without fraud, at his risk — and no rescission is possible. A fair gamble is a fair gamble.
Notes: Aleatory sale exception: fraud-free sale of succession rights to co-heir at buyer's risk → no rescission. Assumption of risk defeats lesion claim. Cf. Code Napoléon Art. 889.
