La licitation, si elle a lieu dans le cas de l'article précédent, ne pourra être faite qu'en justice, avec les formalités prescrites pour l'aliénation des biens des mineurs. Les étrangers sont toujours admis à enchérir.

Life lesson: Auction involving minors must be judicial, following the formalities for selling minors' property. Outsiders may always bid.
