Des Actes de Naissance

Family Law

Life lesson: Paternity is not a rumor to be inscribed — it is a claim that must be made in person, with a signature, and with courage.
Notes: Protects unmarried mothers from having a father named without his consent. The father must be present, unmarried, and willing to sign. Prevents married men from being named as fathers of children born outside marriage — a social protection mechanism.
