Les restaurations des gros murs et des voûtes, le rétablissement des poutres et couvertures entières, celui des digues, des murs de soutènement et de clôture en entier, sont réputés grosses réparations, toutes les autres sont censées d'entretien.

Life lesson: Main walls, vaults, beams, entire roofs, dikes, retaining walls, full enclosures — these are major repairs. Everything else is maintenance. The law draws the line at the structural.
