Sont immeubles pour l'objet auquel ils s'appliquent, l'usufruit des choses immobilières, les servitudes ou services fonciers. Les actions qui tendent à revendiquer un immeuble.

Life lesson: Even rights can be immovable: usufruct over land, servitudes, and the very legal action to recover property — all classified as immovable because they attach to immovable things.
Notes: Third category of immovables: by the object to which they relate. Usufruct of immovables, servitudes (land services), and real actions (actions to recover immovable property) are all classified as immovable. Incorporeal immovables.
