Les denrées et vivres déjà récoltés et emmagasinés sur les habitations, sont meubles.

Life lesson: Once the crop is cut and stored, it becomes movable — severed from the earth, it is free to be sold, traded, or seized. The harvest transforms nature into commerce.
Notes: Harvested and stored crops transition from immovable to movable. The act of severance from the land changes legal classification. 'Habitations' = plantations in Haitian legal usage.
